Whether it’s a jaw-dropping moment, a hilarious joke, or a nugget of wisdom, Clipping makes it easier than ever to share the magic of podcasts with friends and followers – on social media, in messages, and more.
For any podcasters out there, this new feature is a game-changer: teaser Clips are perfect for grabbing attention, pulling in new listeners, and growing a community on social media. Get your fans involved by encouraging them to share the moments they love most!
How to Clip on Android & iOS
- Go to a podcast’s page
- Tap your chosen episode to expand its details
- Tap the share icon and select “Clip”
- Use the playback indicator and handles to set the start and end positions of the moment you want to share
- Tap “Next,” and choose where to share or save your Clip
How to Clip in the Web Player & Desktop Apps
- Go to a podcast’s page
- Hover over the episode you want to clip
- Click the share button and select “Create clip”
- Use the handles or timestamp fields to set the start and end positions of the moment you wish to share
- Hit “Create clip” and share away!
You can also clip directly from the player on all platforms – just click the share button in the player toolbar or menu and follow the steps above.
