We’re thrilled to introduce our latest update for Android and iOS (version 7.61) and Web and Desktop (version 4.0.0), bringing enhanced Episode Artwork and Chapters to your podcast experience. Dive into a more personalized listening journey!
Until now, our platform supported episode-specific artwork embedded directly within the files. With this update, we’re expanding this capability and integrating support for the artwork specified via web links. The mobile apps allow the enhanced episode artwork to be switched on or off through the “Show episode artwork” setting.
We’re also expanding our chapter capabilities. By incorporating chapters from Podcast Index and Podlove, we’re enhancing your interaction with your favorite podcasts through more detailed segments. For a seamless experience, chapters are enabled by default, making it easy to delve into the depths of your podcasts with just a tap.
